Many interested in Buddhism seek a teacher they resonate with or a group where they feel they belong, but quickly find that to be a very confusing journey.
This class will navigate the different sects of Buddhism, define basic terminology, discuss simple meditations for the busy beginner, and provide resources to make the path a bit more clear.
